During PSHE we have been looking at different emotions and feelings. Today’s lesson was all about anger. We learnt that it’s OK to feel this as it is an emotion but it’s how we deal with our emotions that’s important. We learnt a few strategies to help us and know what to do when we get angry. We learnt how to cope and what behaviours are acceptable and what are not.
